400 Calories Breakfast

If you sit down all day this will last you at least or almost until lunch. If you work construction this will get you about two hours of energy. A half hour of my burpees workout. Calories are just energy and some calories provide better energy. Better, meaning they do more for your body. I like oatmeal because it has fiber and gives my intestines a bit of a break. I just use milk or water and leave them in a covered bowl overnight in the fridge.

Stiff cup of coffee is about Starbucks strength. I don’t suggest putting the coffee back into the coffee reservoir but, it’s your life. I just brew with half the water and then double it. It’s more, European strength. 🤣😁
